Bean & Cheese Burro
I've been going to Elmer's literally since the day he opened the original location. I gauge all Mexican restaurants from their ability (or inability) to make a bean and cheese burrito. This is perhaps the easiest Mexican dish to make yet I would argue it is the most complex. In 50ish years in going to Elmer's I have never been disappointed. From the high grade tortilla, to the smooth and creamy beans, to the sauce (which I would love to have the recipe to), I defy you to find a better bean and cheese burrito ANYWHERE.
Two Mini Chimis
I absolutely love the Mini Chimis! I could literally eat them everyday for every meal! I also really like the Bean and Cheese Burros and can't pass up an order of stops! This is the best Mexican Food I've had this side of the border (and I've lived in Mexico, too)!
Bean & Cheese Burro
The BEST mom and pop restaurant in the valley, hands down!! My family has been going to Elmer's for years. I've tried almost everything on the menu, and I've never been disappointed. It's all great!
Chili Rellenos
This is my favorite dish and they prepare it perfectly! Always on point!

Bean & Cheese Burro
Best refried beans in town!! We love Elmer's bean & cheese burro. We often choose Elmer's as our date night restaurant because their food is that good. The staff have been there forever and you can tell it's a family vibe among the team. Highly recommend.
No. 4
I love everything from Elmers but recently tried the #4. Every time I try something new I always say this is my new favorite and the #4 didn't disappoint! Their green chile is unbeatable. What I love the most, they are always consistent and you can beat the friendly service. I don't know how people live without Elmers!
Baja Fish Taco
Elmers is sooo amazing! Almost every friday, my husband stops by after work. He usually will sit and eat his lunch there and I always ask him to bring me something home. Everything is amazing! But their seasonal shrimp tacos right now.... SO BOMB! The strips and cheese also, might seem like the simplest thing ever but its to great! Completely recommend. :)

Tamales
I have been coming to Elmer's since I was the young age of 5 and I will not stop till it's time for me to go. They have the most delicious plates to choose from. With a flavor and a specialty that you will only find here at Elmer's! And I guarantee you this my dang self! Thank you Elmer for the amazing thought of providing us Arizona folk the pleasure of your families special recipes. We are blessed with such deliciousness!
